Even if Courtney were not my daughter, I would say she provided us the best Realtor experience we ever had in over 10 real estate transactions. Courtney held at least 3 open houses, canvassed the neighborhood, developed dialogue with neighborhood residents and other Realtors, marketed the home both thru websites and local newspapers, then nurtured what buyer demand did surface. On a 10 scale Courtney was a 10, plus reassuring us all along, the improvements we made to the home to make it sparkle would produce a sale. They did, and Courtney produced a sale where no other homes nearby were selling.

Even though we did not end up selling our home due to the declining market, we could not have asked more in an agent. The first thing that I found very impressive was your dedication even before we listed with you. We had originally contact you in the Spring of 2007 to get an idea of what we could list our home at. You provided abundant information to back up your opinion of what our home would sell at. At the time, the market was not supporting the purchase price we were hoping for. We greatly appreciated you honesty during that time. We have worked with other agents that would not have been so forthcoming. We decided not to list our home at that time, and never felt and pressure to do so. Throughout the summer you periodically sent updates and new market analysis on our home. I knew from that time that we would list with you regardless. And once fall arrived and the estimated sales price felt right to us, we did list with you. Everything beyond that was seamless. Photographers, appraisers, and anyone else always arrived according to plan and without any problems. You were the best at making yourself available for my millions of questions; I don't think I ever had to wait more that a couple of hours to get a returned call or email from you. Unfortunately, the housing market began to suffer a bit shortly after we listed. We never felt pressured by you to drop our price; we really felt that you respected our position. We did not have to sell and wanted to be able to walk away with a certain amount. You understood that, and would give us your professional opinion on our price without ever being pushy about it. But as much as we struggled with taking our house off the market, conversations with you made it easier to make.
